Returns an organization-owned delivery and a paginated list of failed or skipped members. Requires a non-viewer member using bearer authentication. Failure pagination defaults to 25 rows and allows at most 100; failures are ordered by creation time then identifier, both descending. Member email addresses are represented by hashes. Requests share a 120-per-60-second allowance per source IP within this integration, destination, or delivery route family.
