# Credits and account status

> Check usage and account health, understand suppression, and distinguish visitor credits from Orbit access

Use your billing area for the current plan and commercial terms. Use account status to check organization health, credit usage, pixel counts, and Orbit audience slots.

## Check your organization

Open the account and billing areas in **Settings**. Developers can retrieve the same categories of status through [GET /v1/data/account](/api-reference/account/account-health-and-credit-status).

| Status area | What to check |
| ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Organization | Status and the `healthy` indicator |
| Credits | Used, limit, remaining, percent used, and reset time when available |
| Pixels | Total, active, and paused counts |
| Intent | Audience slots, used slots, available slots, and status when available |

Some account-status values can be `null`. Treat these as unavailable values; do not substitute zero or assume unlimited access.

## Control unwanted usage

[Suppression](/guides/suppress-unwanted-visitors) prevents matching visitors from consuming credits or triggering webhooks and integrations, starting with the next sync cycle. It does not refund visitors already charged.

[Page targeting](/guides/manage-pixels#path-filters) controls which pages the pixel tracks. [Filters and segments](/guides/filter-save-views-and-segments) narrow a view or automation audience. A filtered-out row is not automatically suppressed.

The [qualification query](/api-reference/visitors/query-qualified-visitor-data-via-api-key) reads existing visitor data and does not consume visitor-resolution credits.

## Orbit access

An Orbit audience is a saved definition. Activating it requires available audience access; obtaining contacts requires a run. Website visitor credit balances and Orbit audience slots are separate fields in account status.

Deleting an Orbit audience does not restore a consumed one-shot trial. Review [audience lifecycle and deletion](/orbit-api/manage-audiences) before removing one.

## Pricing and trial questions

For your exact price, billing period, trial expiry, included features, and available extensions, check the current offer shown for your organization or confirm with your Leadpipe contact. Estimate value with the [trial scorecard](/guides/trial-success-guide#trial-scorecard), using actual costs and measured outcomes.
